Heads up, Contractor BEWARE!
I am writing to share our feedback regarding the recent work completed on our backyard project.
Initially, the performance was excellent. He was a hard worker, never complained, and maintained a clean job site at the end of every day. We were so impressed with his work ethic that we provided him with meals daily and had high praise for his efforts.
Unfortunately, the quality of service declined significantly towards the end of the project. He was absent for nearly a month, from August 27 through September 22. While we understood his initial vehicle issues, he made no effort to find alternative transportation, such as renting or borrowing a truck, to continue the work, relying instead on the same excuse for the delay.
Ultimately, he proved to be dishonest and focused solely on getting paid. Due to how sloppy and unreliable the service became, I cannot recommend his work to anyone.
