Sent a package from uk to singapore. Suitcase arrived broken and company refused to accept responsibility. Atrocious customer service! Avoid at all costs.

I have been using DHL service via excess baggage (RAPID PARCEL) from Heathrow airport few times. But this time is quite dissapointing. Normally it will takes about 3 working days to arrive but this time its been a week. I paid for £600+ for two luggages to be sent to my country. When I checked the tracking, one item has arrived earlier but the other one was stucked in Germany. I paid for these two bags at the same time and why the heck it travels separately? One arrive earlier and the other follows later (few days after)?? I ended up have to wait for the second luggage to arrive.

Paying £600+ for two luggages and not getting it after a week is extremely dissapointing. If I know it would be longer, I would take another flight to London (which costs me £600+ , the same amount that I paid for this slow service) to pick up the luggage and bring it with me without using DHL .

If two bags are paid together for their shipment, it should not travel separately,making the process reallt slow. The only reason why I am using this service is because I am expecting express service, not a slow one.

Definitely using the service again!

My experience of Rapid Parcel is that they are very speedy and reliable. I appreciated the fast communication through e-mail in all phases of the shipping. It's door-to-door delivery that you feel you can trust. I can really recommend Rapid Parcel to anybody in need of fast and secure shipping.

A slight problem with FedEx but would use Rapid parcel again, parcel taken on Friday arrived in New Jersey Monday.

All sorted online, labels, barcode all delivered by PDF and even better the package arrived in Istanbul on the third day

My Mum's disabled and was on holiday for 3 weeks, she reads a lot & was really upset as she had forgotten her reading glasses. Rapid Parcel got them to her in Majorca in 2 days making her holiday!

Item was picked up and delivered within agreed timelines and the price was much cheaper comparing to other services. Very happy!

Leaving London in the UK I realised I would not be able to take all my luggage home with me on the plane, so I went to Victoria Station where Rapid Parcel have an office. The employees there could not have been more helpful in organising my case to be sent to Sydney, Australia. I was not home when DHL World Express first delivered it and another date for delivery was soon organised. I am very happy with the service and quickness, for my case to be deliver soon after I arrived home to Australia.

Super fast, super efficient, I love the detailed tracking and a fraction of the price of going directly. Far superior to Royal Mail/USPS (like that's hard though, right?) and cheaper than any other courier direct. Would use rapid parcel every time.

I have always had the best of service from Rapid Parcel - quotes way cheaper then any other simiar company, and parcels always picked up promptly and delivered in the time promised (or sooner) Highly recommended.

We have used Rapid Parcel on several occasions over the last two or three years, to send such things as pillows, headboards, castor cups and other bed-related items to customers in GB and throughout Europe. Rapid Parcels have never let us down and we are not an account-holder. The prices have been excellent, so that we have never bothered to look elsewhere; the chat-line personnel are friendly, courteous and willing to go the extra mile (particularly Frank = 10/10); and nothing has ever been delivered late or damaged. RP represent the modern way of doing things which, as old uns, we are often the first to question or carp about. But we have to say we rate them exceedingly highly and they just get it right. Simples!

I am a small business owner handling a number of retail and wholesale shipments each month. As a parcel comparison site, I would rate Rapid Parcel as the best out there for the straightforward and clear price quotes and speed of booking.
If requirements change after booking, or I have a query, their friendly staff are always happy to help or advise me to solve my query.
Would recommend and have already recommended to friends!

I only dealt once with Rapid Parcel on November 2013 and I have to say I was quite satisfied. The parcel arrived to Italy without any damage and all the content was in perfect conditions. The only partly negative point has been the delivery time, which has been almost double than the scheduled one.

I had to return a faulty exercise bike to the manufacturer, and because the box was too bulky to take to the post office I decided to look into sending it by courier from my house. I was expecting to have to pay a lot more for such a heavy item and the booking process via the website was easy. I would definitely use Rapid Parcel again.
