Delivery states next day, but it isn’t. They use DPD who are not providing next day - says it can be up to 5 days!!!

This is the second time we have used Ratchet Straps Uk and the service has been exemplary. Same day dispatch, good communication and excellent quality products. Just wish they sold more things that we use!

The same lies by DPD, I do not understand why companies use DPD anymore

Top quality products at a affordable price would be happy to continue paying for their products but unfortunately they use DPD only to deliver to there customer's such a shame DPD are NOT the delivery experts but thank you to Roy Matthew’s for your communication.

Terrible set up passing the buck blaming the delivery company I ordered straps they ask for delivery preference but then they don’t pass onto delivery company therefore never received the order I’ve purchased a lot of equipment of this company but they have gone down hill so I’ll be using another supplier from now on

2 x 5 Ton four meter ratchet straps in blue & they arrived speedily. I think the quality is top notch for what I know is a excellent price. So highly recommended for sure.

Avoid at all costs. Order not received and customer service didn't care about it. No refund. Total scam.
