Alexey Fedortsov was very helpful through the whole process, would respond to my emails very quickly and worked very hard to get the process completed on time.

Waited three weeks for confirmation of policy, and told every monday that "it would be sent today" and another week would go by and told that again at the beginning of the next week "sorry we're busy". Three phone calls, the same thing "oh we're busy but it will be sent today".
If you have time to waste, use it. I don't.
