Didn’t receive my order

The table itself is great. It was easy to put together on my own abd it looks lovely but I can not find a gas bottle to fit the regulator. I have been to 4 gas bottle suppliers and none of them have seen this type of regulator before. Rather than dismantle the table and have the hassle of sending it back I will now need to change the regulator to a standard UK gas bottle one to be able to use the heating element. This is disappointing as it was an expense I was not expecting. I have contacted the company to ask where I can get a gas bottle to fit and have received a standard reply saying it will fit a uk gas bottle but I don’t think this is the case.

Original item was not delivered by Yodel. This was no fault of Rattantree.
The customer support has been great and I received a replacement item in a timely manner with goodcommunication from the support team

nothing went wrong or right I am not familiar with this business or website, it keeps showing up in my email box but I do not recall ever interacting with it

The gazebo arrived on time .A very nice young man delivered and took it round to the garden.He was so helpful. The gazebo went together easily and looks great in our small garden .Just right Just what I wanted.

The problem lay with the courier. DX were really poor, and the item arrived almost a week late.

My parcel got lost in transit and there was no update from the company at all. Upon emailing, they said its lost and asked if I wanted refund or replacement. I said replacement, but its been a week and the customer service team keeps saying warehouse will review and send. Pathetic service and hopeless customer service. They work different time zones I think, I only get replies at night and no number to contact, just emails. Please improve your customer service or review the customer service employees because currently they aint doing a good job!!!!!!
