I have put a lot of their puzzles together & never had a problem. Then I got a puzzle that was missing 2 border pieces. I contacted them & never had a hard time getting a replacement. They were quick at responding & sending the replacement.

I never received my order
I never received my order! When I inquired about it, it took several days to receive a reply. Then, I was simply given the tracking number, which I had provided in my inquiry, and told to look it up. I was told that it had been delivered to my home. And they are sorry I never received it. It was NEVER delivered to my home! I would never purchase from this company again!

Had a problem with a puzzle purchased…
Had a problem with a puzzle purchased from one of their shops. Used the system on their problem page to report and received a reply their next day. Gave me the option of 3 different puzzles, as the one I purchased was out of stock. I think the people having a problem with receiving dodgy items have been ordering from the scam site on F/B offering ridiculously low prices, if it looks too good to believe, it probably is!

We tried to order many puzzles from them.
Their system is not flexible and will not deliver to some very well known areas. Their personalized photo puzzles are cropped unexpectedly with no way of correcting them. The worst is their customer service, no working phone number. It looks like 2 people work part time, for this company, in the US!

RIPPED OFF BIG TIME
I ordered seven (7) puzzles from this company and they were supposed to have also included a wooden jigsaw puzzle table. The puzzles were marked as "delivered" but never arrived. I contacted their customer service who told me that the shipment was marked as "delivered" so the problem must be on my end. Check the post office, mailbox, etc. (as if they would fit in a mailbox!) I diligently followed their instructions and checked all of those places (I live in an apartment with VERY honest neighbors). The item was definitely not delivered. They are not replacing the items and they are not refunding my money. This was an EXPENSIVE lesson in getting ripped off by a most disreputable company.

Placed an custom order, this was fulfilled within a couple of days, since then there has been no updates regarding delivery (two weeks)
Rang customer service, they blame the delivery company and they are unwilling to do anything about it. It was a custom puzzle for a gift will will now be late so cheers for that....

Got a puzzle as a birthday present
Got a puzzle as a birthday present in October ‘ 22 it had 3 pieces missing, customer service was good sent out a replacement,this is me just getting round to doing it but guess what the replacement has 2 pieces missing, just not good enough . Have made the decision to stick with other jigsaw companies who do not seem to have this issue. My advice do not buy if you want a complete jigsaw .

I’ve ordered twice from this website and the first time back in 2020 I couldn’t flaw the service, delivery was quick and item was as expected. However I’ve recently made an order for a personalised jigsaw and I have had the money taken out my bank and my order has never been confirmed or dispatched. It’s been on 2 months now and I’ve heard nothing, no email confirmation. I have contacted customer service with my name, order details and email and have received no correspondence therefore I will not be using this website and I urge any new customer to boycott at all costs! They will take your money and you won’t hear from them again. 0/10 rating from me!!!

Today have received a new jigsaw free of charge delivered by DPD, all within a couple of weeks from the initial contact to the UK office. Cannot fault the customer support provided.

Tremendous customer service from Ravensburger.
I contacted the 'sales' team with an issue and they addressed it quickly and free of charge. I was blown away. I was dealt with by a Team Leader of the Call Centre, Modern Star Pty Ltd in NSW. I could not be happier with the service and care provided.

Jigsaw never sent.
I'd love to have reviewed a custom photo jigsaw puzzle but it never arrived despite Ravensburger claiming it was sent and giving a Hermes tracking ref. Hermes never received it, and Ravensburger have ignored all emails and messages. Now trying to work out how to get my money back - maybe via credit card company...

Ignore the negative reviews, they have been absolutely amazing with me.
Over the festivities I lost the spire off of my big Ben 3D puzzle.
I emailed and within a few days I received an email saying that a replacement was been sent out to me.
I wasn't charged anything for the replacement part which is a really nice gesture.
I would love to give Paula Smith a huge shout out for her amazing customer service.
Thank you so much Paula and all at Ravensburger.
You guys are amazing and I will be buying more and more 3D puzzles and board games from yourselves 😀
