Application Instructions: Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from grease or loose material. Thoroughly stir the paint before use. Application Conditions: Apply when the air and substrate temperatures are between 5°C and 35°C, and the relative humidity is below 85%. Ensure the substrate temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point. Brush/Roller Application: Thin up to 10% with Rust-Oleum Thinner 633. Use natural bristle brushes or short nap mohair rollers. Spray Application: For airless spraying, thin up to 20% with Rust-Oleum Thinner 641. Use appropriate spray equipment and maintain proper fluid pressure and tip size. Safety and Handling: Safety Data: Contains hydrocarbons, C9-C11, n-/iso-/cyclo-alkanes, < 2% aromatics. Classified as Flammable Liquid (Category 3) and may cause drowsiness or dizziness. Unaware of this paint until suggested by Steve Kelsall ( Paint rep from Rawlins ) we won’t use anything else now on steel work or cladding. Great opacity and touches up really well too.
