Product details

Professional use only - from the 24th August 2023, adequate training is required before industrial or professional use of this product. It is moisture-curing, delivering long-lasting adhesion and weather resistance when applied correctly. Certified under BBA (Certificate 24/7248), it offers assurance of tested performance and reliability. Application Guidance The product is suitable for vertical and overhead areas including retaining walls, steps, planters, and bespoke landscaping features. A tack coat is applied to the substrate before mixing the resin with aggregates, ensuring secure adhesion. The correct mixing ratio is typically 8–10% binder to aggregate, with application depth ranging between 6–10mm. Apply tack coat evenly using a trowel or scraper, ensuring sufficient surface texture. For porous substrates, pre-apply a thin tack coat and allow it to soak before proceeding. Work upwards from the base of the surface, applying firm pressure for a consistent finish. Mixing Instructions The product is supplied in pre-measured pouches designed for mixing with 10kg of aggregate. Aggregate blends may range from 1–3mm to 1–6mm, with binder ratios adjusted accordingly. Mixing should be carried out using a paddle mixer until the aggregate is evenly coated. Ensure small, controlled amounts are applied to achieve optimal surface coverage. Restrictions and Limitations The product must not be applied in wet conditions, as moisture during application will compromise curing and adhesion. When working on ceilings, binder content may need to be increased up to 10% to account for gravity. Excessive tack coat can reduce adhesion, so correct coverage rates must be observed. Health and Safety This product is supplied under UN classification (details in MSDS). It is moisture-curing and sensitive to environmental conditions during application.  Contains di-isocyanates. Users must wear suitable PPE during handling and application. Always refer to the MSDS for comprehensive safety guidance.
