Terrible customer support
Wrong part and customer support completely not existent. Neither email or phone.
I wrote about 5 emails and called 4 times. Never got a refund for the wrong parts.
I also wanted to cancel the order but I've been ignored.

Edit: to respond the company, no, I have the email of the order confirmation on 19th of April. (Commande : KAJJDIBFN passée le 2025-04-19 17:01:51) I also payed 30€ ish for the 18H DHL shipment, but it was shipped on 22nd of April with standard DHL (arrived in 1 week) and I also sent you an email about this, which was ignored. And by the way, I won't send you back a wrong part before you actually reply to my numerous complains. So now I basically wasted money for a worthless shipment, a wrong license plate holder and rear fender. Unless you would like to send me a refund.
Edit 2: I don't think you understood the issue. I didn't say that you didn't ship the parts.
I said (and it's the reason of the review) that you have a non existent customer support. I called and sent emails multiple times and nobody cared to answer. And about the order, yes, you shipped on 22nd, but still, I payed 30€ for the 18H shipment and it was shipped with the standard one, will I get e reimbursement for the shipment? And I didn't order the wrong part, you sent me a different part. Which wouldn't be an issue if you just answered in any possible way I tried to contact you to change it.
So maybe, if you would like to give me a decent customer experience to resolve my issues, I will change the review.

You have ordered few parts on 22nd of april which we have send on the same day.
If you want a part different to the one you have ordered, simply send it back to us with your request.
At this day we haven't recieved any parts back from you.

Indeed, you ordered 19th april, which was a saturday. Monday 21st is bank holliday as easter celebration day, which is why ship "on the day" is the first day of work, meaning tuesday 22nd.
We did ship your ordered parts, once again, if you have done a mistake and ordered the wrong parts, simply send it back to us, and we will exchange at no cost.
