I ordered a gift for my mother online, with the delivery clearly stated as expected on 17/02, which was important because I wanted it to arrive for the start of Ramadan. Not only did the order fail to arrive on that date, but the tracking system continued to show the same delivery date for several days afterwards with no updates or explanation.
Today is 26/02 and the item has still not been delivered.
The whole purpose of the purchase has now been missed. Poor communication, inaccurate delivery information, and a frustrating customer experience overall. Based on this, I will not be ordering from them again.

if you are looking to get any electronics with installments, you will often hear price differences between all providers of that service in Egypt, and you will find that Raya mostly likely offer the lowest, well it's not true, prices change and offers have many fine print terms that makes you regret ever dealing with them, I had to resort to legal action with the Consumers protection government organization to help me resolve it (in progress) and all for one installment, I will no longer use them even if they are the only available option again.
