Brilliant - quality duvet - quick delivery
Brilliant - phoned for advice pre purchase and the person I spoke to was very helpful. Duvet turned up the next morning! Am very pleased with it, the only slightly annoying thing is that is that it rustles! I am hoping with some wear and a gentle wash it will stop doing this. Thanks

Next day delivery 24 h-a scam
I have paid for next day delivery - 24 h and my order was delivered in 3 days. Your customer service staff also has to improve their way of speaking to the customer. Their approach was totally unprofessional and dissapointing. My first and last time buying from your company.

Quick delivery and well packed item. Duvet arrived looking very thin and flat but fibres soon bounced back. My 10.5 tog bamboo duvet is just what I hoped - light but warm & comfortable.

Very good time and thought the wrapping paper great. The shirts are fantastic and really appreciate the little attention to details. 4 Hungarian goose down pillows ordered and sent in a timely manner. I've not tried them yet but they look to be of excellent quality and similar or better than the ones I had from DAPW and kept from 10years.
Excellent customer service when I called them.
It's just a real shame they used Parcelforce to deliver my goods. Parcelforce services were abysmal as they kept attempting delivery at my house despite acknowledging my request to deliver to my local post office 3 days in a row!!!

Noisy irritating rustle with slightest movement
The Mulberry silk duvets are very rustley, so every time you move in bed they make a noise and even my cat does not like the sound when he walks across the bed. It states that the outer material is a high thread count 100% cotton but not convinced of this as more of waxy texture. Also not convinced that the filling is 100% silk either as too puffed up, should be a lot thinner and flatter. My previous silk duvet was a lot thinner and lighter and had a cotton outer that was soft and made no noise. I have had to purchase 2 more Mulberry silk duvets from John Lewis which are definitely far superior to these and same as my previous one. No noise lighter and thinner.

Double Silk duvet
I bought a all seasons double silk duvet during the summer when the duvet arrived the box clearly said double I did not used or opened the box during the summer. As it is getting cold I decided to use it now when I opened the box to my surprise the duvet turned out to be a single one and not double. It is an expensive duvet totally waste of money.
