Excellent customer service
I bought a leather sofa from Raymour & Flanigan at Bay Plaza in the Bronx, NY. Customer rep Ian Campbell help me pick out the right sofa for me at my price range. He was very professional and patient with me and my family through out the process. Everyone at the store was very friendly. It was a pleasant shopping experience.

If felt good to be able to walk around the whole store a few times without being rushed but knowing that someone was there to help me when I was ready. I don't recall her name at the moment but she was a lovely young lady and very helpful and friendly. This is my second time buying from Raymond and Flanigan and I will definitely shop at their stores in the future

Salesperson was very welcoming in and out of the door, was knowledgeable about the product I wanted to buy and even used her personal experience about similar type of product. Check-out/scheduling delivery was a breeze. Went to Bob's Discount earlier in the day, glad I did not buy inferior product from them.

I explained to Michael what I was looking for and he did not waste my time or confused me with sales pitch but took me to exactly what I wanted. Afterwards he did make additional recommendations and comparisons. But he had already showed me what I needed. I had just walked out of another furniture store because after I explained what I wanted I was shown everything other than what I had asked for. Thank you Michael for taking the time out to listen

I want to shout out my furniture specialist William Garcia at the co-OP city mall in the Bronx, NY. He was referred to me by several friends and previous clients. He took the time to help me pick out furniture for my new place and gave his honest opinion on what he thought would be suitable for my needs. I even walked out purchasing a special mattress to assist me with my back issues. I didn't initially think to buy this type of mattress system but im so glad I did. He was more than my furniture guy as we shared great conversation. I felt that I was in great hands with such a big purchase. I would definitely recommend him and return for future purchases.
