Friendly staff but not very attentive.
The staff were ALL very friendly and accommodating. But we waited and waited by a locked customer pick-up door for nothing. Called the store to see what the hold-up was and was told to give them a few more minutes. 20 minutes later I returned to the store to find the item I bought was still sitting on the floor where we first found it.

We found a baby glider for $590 less than what the purchase price was in the clearance center next to the primary R&F store.
