Raymour & Flanigan - Lake Grove Reviews 

My wife and I initially went to the Lake Grove store to look for a new couch. We were helped by Samantha whom was very friendly and informative and guided us to the exact couch we were looking for. We returned at a later date to look for a dining room table and Samantha once again helped us find the perfect match for our home. Both deliveries went smoothly and we love both our new couch and table. We highly recommend Raymond and Flanigan and Samantha in sales for the excellent service we received!

Joe Giordano was great! He greeted us at the door and showed us the mattress we wanted to see. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all our questions and explained all the details. He also showed us some pillows which we needed as well. The next day delivery was great! Overall a great shopping experience!

Patti went out of her way to arrange the table and chairs from different vantage points to ensure it worked for us.

Samar Chrayde-Perez, the consultant that worked with me was wonderful. She took her time, explained everything thoroughly and made suggestions regarding my purchases. I was looking to buy a loveseat and she suggested an apartment sofa which was an option I didn’t know I had. Should I ever need to make another purchase, Samar will be my consultant.

Sales rep was great. He knew just what I was looking for and measured the item to make sure it would fit in the space I wanted to put it.

KK, the R&F associate, has complete knowledge of the furniture sets that we had an interest in purchasing. She helped us previously when we had purchased other furniture and we like her upbeat personality and knowledge.

My new dining room table was not finished correctly. It is rough. I finally got a service tech to view the table and he was filing that the table cannot be repaired and to send a new table. I was told I would hear from R & F in two days. Noboby got in touch. The wonderful service man called me today and told me someone would be calling me within a hour or so. Again no call. I am very unhappy with the service except for the tech man.

Larry was super helpful throughout the sales process and I never felt pressured into anything.
