I don’t remember the girls name that helped me but she was fantastic!!

Fabulous sales rep, Ginni- friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and anxious to help us get the best deal on our Tempur-Pedic mattress. She and her manager were willing to work with us to make our purchase affordable.

Salesperson, Bill, at the Limerick Outlet store was fantastic. He introduced himself, asked what we were shopping for, and showed us around. He didn't hover over us, but he was immediately available whenever we had questions, and he gave us useful advice. We were very happy with our choices, and Bill made the process very easy.

Absolutely bad service. The Dresser was not delivered it took 2 calls from me to tell them they had wrong dresser and I can gladly wait 4 weeks for MAY be next delivery. Customer service refused to help period.

I went in here to look around. There was a gentleman who asked me if I needed help I said I was just looking he said if you need anything, let me know what I like about the store was. They don’t follow you around bugging you. That’s important to me and very good selection and I ended up buying four pieces of furniture very happy.

I recently purchased living room furniture from the Outlet in Limerick, Pa. The sales associate, Ginny Faye, was outstanding in her knowledge of design, my needs and overall professionalism. I love my new living and bedroom furniture and can't wait to share pictures with her. I can't say enough about her and my outstanding experience with my purchases at this store.

It was a pleasure working with Tom. He listened to our needs, honest and straightforward. We found the best couch to fit our space. Thank you!

Justin was great to work with. While I eventually decided not to purchase the chair due to issues not related to the actual quality of chair- I would go back to R&F and have Justin help me again with any purchase.

My husband and I purchased bedding from Raymour & Flanigan a few weeks ago - and there was no doubt in our minds that we would return when our son needed new bedding. Excellent customer service. No pressure from the sales folks. Listening to our needs and making sure we got exactly what we needed / wanted.

The women that helped me was very good and she helped me find a good recliner.

Salesman was very nice. He did not jump all over us. He introduced himself and waited for us to ask questions. Then he answered them. Most salesman usually attack you at the door. This guy did not.

The store had what we wanted. The salesperson, Ginni Fay, couldn't have been better.

We had a great experience at the new outlet store, if I had to say anything about our service there, I would say that our invoice wasn't gone over with us thoroughly, and we bought a $150 mattress protector that we did not need, as we already had one from the year old mattress we were replacing. The actual care we got from the salespeople there, and checking out, was a breeze.

I just moved and my whole house astonished with three more and flanigan furniture. It's great furniture at a great price. I came to the outlet in Limerick PA and worked with Andy. He was great he was there to answer my questions but never pressured me into buying anything. After my delivery he text me and made sure everything went well he's great give him a raise
