Charles was very professional and made the process very easy. Wide selection of furniture to choose from and Charles knew the ins and outs of the love seats and sofas.

It was easy to find exactly what I was looking for and had the best price available! The pick-up process was very fast and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

From start to finish Doug made this easy and smooth process and Doug was very professional and courteous .

I need a recliner with a lifting feature and I needed it immediately. They had it ready to go when we got there and made the checkout process and everything so smooth. I highly recommend!!!

Charles Vandyke at the macdade store explained my options to choose a replacement mattress. His knowledge of the products was extremely helpful in my decision to go with a traditional mattress and adjustable bed frame.
Heather at the clearance center was able to do the calculations for my return and credit this towards the new mattress purchase and set up delivery for my new product.

Upon entry into the store, we were greeted immediately; which was really nice in this day and age. The customer service was great. They were there for us if we needed them but they weren’t Pushy. We did buy a beautiful couch and we are extremely happy with our purchase. Can’t wait til it is delivered!

My sales person was Charles Van Dyke he was not play chances push it all he introduced himself he said if you need me give me all and that was the end of it it in follow me didn't do nothing My furniture was there when they said it was going to be and was very pleased

I just received a call that my chair, will not be ready for pick up, on the day that was confirmed. This is the second time that I ordered furniture at the store, and dates were not honored for pick-up.
