Andre was our salesman. Tremendous customer service ability and it was he that sold us. We knew what we wanted and he knew exactly what was in stock, available, in which colors, what was on sale, when it could be delivered, all of it. He made the experience absolutely perfect.

I was told Delivery time was between 1 to 3 Saturday and Delivery was not made until 6:30 and know updated phone calls were made to me. The service Sucked.

The fact that I was greed at the door…
The fact that I was greed at the door and not followed around is a really big deal. When I did have a question on something there was salespeople around to assist.
I got all the info I needed and had NO pressure on buying anything. I ended up with a gentle men named Clerance, we exchanged Numbers and I called him the next day to close the sale.

There is a wide selection of items to view. The display is good. The salespeople are courteous and welcoming without being pushy. When asked, their answers were concise and to the point.
Once we decided on a set, the salesman, Fred Sullivan, was hepful and understanding of our needs. Paper work was simple and expedient.
