Easy to order a nice chair for Mom. Ready for pick up in only 2 days. Amazing. Friendly customer service on the phone and in store including salesman who directed me to the customer service station. Two guys had my chair ready at the dock when I backed up (twice, I'm losing my touch). Everything went smooth as silk. I attached the chair legs easy as 1,2,3. Mom liked the chair!

We recently had the pleasure of purchasing new living room furniture from Raymour and Flanigan. What made the experience a pleasure was our Home Furnishing Consultant Randee Fisher. Randee was very informative and knowledgeable about the items we were interested in. Randee was very patient as we worked out our issues with room size and placement of the items and even offered us some alternative ideas.
She was never in a hurry for us to make a decision or "pushy" in any way. Thank you Randee, you're the best!!!

About 6 months ago I bought a mattress, mattress protector and adjustable base and decided it was time to get a new pillow to complete the set. After going to the R&F website to research what’s available, about 17 different pillows at different price points, I called and made an appointment with Randee Fisher. Prior to going to the store, I highly recommend that you use their website to help start your shopping experience, it will really save you a lot of time. Once again, Randee was very knowledgeable and helpful. After trying every pillow that was available, based on my info. and input that I gave her, I found one that was just right for me. I also bought a pillow protector. Not only does it protect the pillow from dirt and stains, but, will keep it cooler in the warm Summer months. Nice feature. I know it will work because I bought one for my mattress and it really does keep it cooler in warm weather. Bottom line, I like shopping at Raymour & Flanigan and highly recommend making an appointment with Randee Fisher. She really knows her stuff.
