Excellent from the time of walking in the food until saying goodbye to the delivery men.

We received excellent service and the salesman guided us well to make a great purchase for the mattress. He was very informative.

The sales person Reinhard Newe was fantastic and went above and beyond . It was the best customer service experience I have had in a very long time. Everyone in the store was very polite and helpful.

I first met Tom Lane a few weeks ago. He showed my son and I bedroom sets for myself. I was interested in a few and he gave me prices . I did go and look to compare at other places, but ultimately came back to him because I felt Tom was helpful and honest. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I’ve previously bought my dining and living room from Raymour and Flanigan and know their furniture is good quality. I was happy with my experience at the Patchogue store.

The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable about the furniture. He applied no pressure at all. When I expressed an interest in less expensive choices he was very helpful. Showed us exactly what we were looking for at a great price. I have always been pleased with R&f. They really are very easy to deal with and their delivery process is a breeze.

Another great visit to R&F. Mary, who assisted us on this visit, was courteous, knowledgeable and patient. When it was time to pay, the experience was seamless. I appreciate that we never have to spend too much time to find a beautiful piece of furniture and pay, but we never feel rushed.
