Our salesperson greeted us upon arrival, showed us the type of mattress we were looking for and answered all our questions about the benefit of the hybrid mattress and how it differs from our current variety. We purchased one based on his recommendations and are awaiting delivery.

I love your selection of furniture. I went to your store because I saw that they had the mattress that I wanted at your store, which pleased me. The salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. Next day delivery was amazing. The men that delivered the mattress were very friendly and did the job with smiles and in a very nice and respectable way.
I will be buying new living room furniture in the future and will definitely be getting it at your store.
I should also say that we had a little problem with a piece that was delivered and it was taken care of with such ease that it seemed like no problem at all.

Great experience at your new Pittsfield location. Tom Saunders helped us find the perfect king size mattress for us. He had all information and incite on all the different setups and guided through like we were family.
