I just went in to take a look but Kathy was very helpful I ended up finding what I wanted and purchasing that day.

Grace was friendly and helpful. She helped us find just the right piece of furniture we were looking for. I liked that there was a variety of styles.

We were looking for replacement chairs for our den. The chairs had to swivel.
The chairs had to be small but comfortable. The color of the fabric had to be neutral in color and not leather. We found what we were looking for at the Quakertown Raymour and Flanigan's on our first visit. The chairs were delivered in two days. It was a no hassle sale, quick and easy.

Our salesman was knowledgeable and professional. He was patient and helped us to find the perfect mattress for our needs!

Our salesperson Cathy was WONDERFUL! We came into the store multiple times looking for the perfect couch, and she was attentive without being pushy (which is a great quality to have). We would definitely recommend her to a friend!

It's always a pleasure to work with Jamie M. I'm the type of shopper that usually hates car, appliance & furniture shopping. I don't care for in-your-face sales people and Jamie is a pleasant change from all that. When I shop the Quakertown location, I always ask if Jamie is working. I greet her & tell her what I'm in the market for. She is always friendly and courteous, points me in the right direction, then lets me roam and take notes. She checks with me to see if I have any questions, addresses them and I usually walk away with a purchase I am trilled about. Jamie makes it easy and fun and she is my favorite salesperson... ever!

Very helpful answering our questions, took the time for us to find the right mattress .

While I was happy with my service, I am left feeling as if my delivery date information may not have accurately been reflected. I would have preferred to honestly know my items may take months vs weeks. Then I would not be left feeling disappointed when my window has been pushed out 2x.

Our buying experience was really great. The salesperson was most helpful and let us explore at our own pace. We were told on February 5th that it would be about 6 weeks before we would receive the furniture. We look forward to receiving a call to schedule delivery very soon.

Lisa Silverstein was helpful & fun to work with. We will continue to use her for more furniture.

The "white glove delivery" was terrible. First off, they did not speak English so they did not understand where I wanted the furniture. Second, they handed me the hardware to put the shelves in the fireplace which is what I thought they were going to do. Third, I asked them for a manual and they said they didn't have one. So I had to call the store to get one. What a disaster! I had to pay extra for this service?

Exceptional in every facet in the experience

Went to the store in the morning to review a Curio Cabinet and the salesperson told me the price was ~$720 with the 15% discount. The Curio Cabinet is a gift for my wife. Told the salesperson I would return with my wife which I did around 6pm. The same salesperson told me the Curio Cabinet was $150 higher in price. We came to a resolution which I paid $40 higher than the original price. Seems the price posted on the Curio Cabinet was not updated in store. Embarrassing to have my wife in the middle of this conversation.
