Kevin was grate. He was professional knowledgeable and very helpful.

Gabby was extremely nice and very helpful. See saw to my needs and I was able to purchase a power lift recliner. The young ladies at the checkout were very nice and helpful too.

I visited the store on Saturday and saw a floor sample dining set I really liked but was more focused on getting a livingroom set instead. The next day I called the store to ask if the same dining set was still available. Thankfully it was and Mauro assisted me with my purchase over the phone and directed me on how to make a payment online. He followed up with me the next day to inform me of delivery updates. I really appreciate his assistance, superb customer service, and the fact that I didn’t have to drive back to SI and pay another toll was a plus! Thank you again!!

Michelle Pietromonico was my sales associate for my first-time experience to purchase furniture from Raymour & Flanigan. It was by far the most complete and well-handled sales experience I have ever had. Her customer service skills are top tier, as well as, she was such a pleasure to interact with which made my experience in the showroom and the decisions, I made all the right ones and by the way, during the course of my order I made changes and Michelle was always awesome and patient. She was literally the best sales experience purchasing furniture I have ever had in 50 years of my furniture purchases.

Additionally, when the delivery arrived, the sofa was not making it through my doors. I have never seen two delivery men so determined and I appreciate that, they took two of my doors off the hinges and spent a good 45 minutes just to get that piece in.

Finally, I'm so thrilled with my new purchase it's beautiful!

The gentleman was very nice. I was just surprised by how much the delivery was for such a small expensive item . I could of had someone picked it up before I left the store and found out how much the delivery was
