We were greated by Ian and from the very beginning he was awesome, very friendly not your typical pushy salesman he listened to what we were interested in and left us walk around then he assisted us with the knowledge that helped us purchase not only our new mattress but the frame and pillows as well. Reagan was amazing the second we walked…
Reagan Ruffolo was amazing the second we walked through the front door! She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful to our needs and wants! She even stayed beyond d her quitting time to see our transactions through to the end. She is a gem of an employee, and definitely an asset to Raymor and Flanagan!

Pushy sales people
Pushy sales people. Wouldn’t show me what I wanted. Acted mad when I turned down the $4800 mattress to something less expensive. She didn’t tell us much about the mattress we ended up picking. Just an overall sub par experience. I don’t think I’ll be back.
