Dayo on the ordering end, I was able to pick up the furniture by 10 am, which was greatly appreciated,as I could not do it between 1pm-7pm.
Every part of the process was coordinated.
Gary, in shipping at the Waterbury store was fabulous with loading the furniture into my truck.

I had a wonderful experience with Sarah…
I had a wonderful experience with Sarah Mahaffy (manager) she went above and beyond her call of duty. Today was her last day working in the store. There was some type of computer glitch and she looked into it and found out what the error was and she corrected it immediately; and for my inconvenience, she made sure my mattress will be delivered tomorrow🥰 I wish you nothing but the best on your future endeavors.
