The delivery team was polite and prompt. No issues with the delivery process.
One item was not there, I called the store and they told me it was damages en route to warehouse. Otherwise all went well. Chris, White Plains store manager very polite and helpful.

Joe was a wonderful salesman
Joe was a wonderful salesman. He was extremely patient with us while we took our time trying to find a mattress. He was extremely knowledgeable about each mattress and was able to answer all of our questions. Unfortunately, we ended up changing our minds after purchasing a mattress and was very understanding and professional. He was a pleasure to work with and we would certainly return to R and F to purchase furniture or mattresses!
