Great sales staff, easy going, great experience

Sales person was great! He was helpful, patient and answered all my questions.

When it was time to pay for my item, there was only 1 person at the Customer Service desk. She was on the phone and we waiting 15 minutes for her to finish her call so that we could then pay. No one else was available. This was a negative part of my shopping experience. A customer could change their mind in this amount of time.

My salesperson, Monet Bourne, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and tried to secure the best deal she could for me. She is a pleasure to work with.
The communication of the delivery was excellent. I was alerted the night before, the morning of, and called when they were less than a half hour away. The two men that came were cordial, professional, quick and pleasant. The whole delivery took less than a half hour.
Overall it was a wonderful experience considering less than 24 hours when I went shopping for a new mattress, it's already in my home.

Amir was such a pleasure to work with he helped us find the perfect couch, in our budget and in a style we like. As a self proclaimed Goldilocks, he was patient and attentive running numbers on multiple configurations and couches before we found the one that was perfect for us. Such an awesome experience, we can’t thank him enough!

Our experience was terrific. Sales team was helpful and knowledgeable while not being pushy. We had the chance to walk around extra on our own, then come back with questions and continue working with sales.
We didn't feel forced to purchase and ended up finding pieces that were completely different than what we thought we were looking for - happily.

The salesperson respected our request for space to browse and was still nearby for questions whenever we needed them!

Kevin Orie was our sales representative and I have to say he really was so helpful in our shopping experience. I appreciate his knowledge of the products and the fact that he took his time to walk us through the showroom and really made us feel welcome and comfortable. He is definitely an asset to your organization and we know where to go next time we need more furniture.

Scott Snyder was very helpful towards our furniture buying process. As a young couple purchasing their first bedset, Scott made it easy to get us the bedset we dreamed about. Will definitely be using Scott again for future purchases!
