I had an excellent experience with Monet Bourne at the Raymour and Flanigan store in White Plains NY. She is a lovely person as well as being knowledgeable and professional. She helped me to buy a new mattress, listened to what I wanted and encouraged me to try several different models and manufacturers before deciding. She explained to me what the differences were between them very clearly. I very much appreciated her help.

The sales person was very helpful and so so pleasant and polite. Expecting delivery Monday which is great! I just need a time frame for the delivery. Thank you.
