If you are looking to be treated fairly and respectfully, take time to check out this store before you make any furniture or home decor.

Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a salesperson (Rod Groner) but made it clear that I preferred to look on my own. He was very respectful and never made it feel as though he was following me as I browsed. When I was ready to make a comparison and purchase, Rod was right there to answer my questions and complete the sale very quickly. He was great with no pressure or hovering.

I was notified I could pick up my mattress on April 6 only to be called on the 5th to be told it didn’t make the shuttle and I could pick it up on the 8th. Problem was I needed it on the 7th to go out of town. The mattress was for our enclosed trailer and we were headed out of state so it was impossible to even pick it up on the 8th. Has to wait til Monday.

The gentleman that assisted me was outstanding. He was very patient with me as I went around and tried out numerous accent chairs.

If it were possible I would give the team at Raymour and Flanigan 10 Stars. These people are phenomenal from management all the way down the line. We had purchased a dining room set a few years back and we had a major problem with it a couple days ago and the team there stood behind their product giving us a full credit towards another dining room set. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to purchase furniture. You will not find a better company or people in the Home Furniture Market.
