I received my second tv stand

I received my second tv stand. It was delivered with a gouge in the front top section. The delivery person tried to cover it with a pencil type device. He then took a picture of it as well as another flaw & called the company. Stated I would hear from you within 72 hrs for repair. Asked if wanted another unit. No. I do not. Chances are that would also be flawed. I’d like a 15% discount on the damaged unit. Thank you for your time.

Sales person was very relaxed and informative. Asked if we wanted to brose the store first then ask any questions we had. Helped us select 2 beautiful leather recliners and provided us with the best deal. Manager also came over to ensure we were being taken care of.

Worst experience

Worst experience, don’t buy anything from this company. It’s taken over a year to fix my couch and love seat and we paid for the insurance plan through them. We only had the furniture for less than a year and had problems with it.

For Eight months since Nov 2025 I have…

For Eight months since Nov 2025 I have been trying to get service to assist in ordering a part a service tech said was needed, Voicemails go unanswered. I have chatted several times promised a call that never comes. Finally, I got a chat tech who seemed to know that they were doing. I received a call the next day that they located the part. Then an email to schedule the service. A tech showed up yesterday with NO PART. I am frustrated beyond belief and if this is not resolved timely, I demand a refund of the useless Platinum protection plan. So far Raymour has really failed on customer service.

The salesperson Mr Terneus

The salesperson Mr. Terneus was courteous and professional. He was experienced in the product and suggestive in space and coordination of the furniture I chose. The display and insurance—well delivered! Thanks, I would recommend sales to family and friends; thanks to Mr. Terneus.

Finally Bought a Mattress

Omar, Ray Moore and Flanagan staff greeted me at the door and made me feel welcome. I was looking for a mattress. I had tried a different store and felt very awkward. Omar may be comfortable from the very beginning. he showed me many beds mattresses. I was very patient while I tried them out. He had to get the step stool so I could get on some of the mattresses because they were so high. He answered all my questions very clearly & addressed all my concerns. Omar even stayed to complete my purchase, even though the store was closing. He is an exceptional employee, and I thank him from his help.
