If you are having issues with your solar system one of our expert engineers can come and assess system, identify the problem and resolve any issue quickly and efficiently to ensure that your system is back to full working order as quickly as possible. All of our call outs include up to 1 hour of labour and we can resolve many problems within this period.

For any Underfloor heating needs, we can provide Warm Water and Electric underfloor heating products to all over the UK.

The product appears to be fine - Poor service

The product appears to be fine. Sadly the choice of courier DHL was bad I waited for 24 days for my the second half of my order to come. Communication is poor. I had no response back from the team at Rayotec. I ended up sourcing a similar product-insulation board from another company to be able to get on with my project. I now sit out of pocket with insulation boards that finally arrived?- Spend your money with another company.

Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear that you didn’t have a fantastic experience with DHL and that there were delays to your delivery. Having looked into It I can see that your order was sent out just before Christmas during the postal strikes which unfortunately caused issues with some depots delivering items. I can see from the notes on the system that you spoke with two different employees or Rayotec who did chase DHL for you prior to our Christmas closure so I feel it is unfair to say that you had no response from us.

Im glad you were able to source the materials you needed in order to get your project progressed however you have never contacted us in regards to getting the materials returned so we were not aware that you required this. We would still be happy to accept the items back so if you would like to contact us to arrange a suitable date for us to collect the items we can make sure that you are not left out of pocket.

We look forward to hearing from you and being able to help you resolve this soon.

10/10 would rayotec again

Customer service was great, every time I called with a question they took the time to talk the product though and what I needed. (I think I spoke to Faris a few times, he was really great).

The product was delivered really quickly, installation was straightforward. Overall great product and great service!

Rayotec is the best

I used Rayotec when my Solar panel meter stopped working.
I called Rayotec, they were very professional and arranged for the engineer to visit my house.
The engineer was polite and explained exactly what was wrong with my system, turned out the Invertor had stopped working, he had a replacement in his van but unfortunately it was faulty but he returned the following week and replaced it.
Can’t fault the engineer, he was amazing, the work was completed quickly and with no mess.
A job well done,

We purchased a property with solar…

We purchased a property with solar panels installed by this company. We contacted them as we had issues with our hot water systems as the property had been vacant for over 6 months. I was told the system in the house heats hot water but is due a service. Having no understanding of the system or solar systems we agreed. I took a days leave engineer arrived and stated ‘I remember this install the gaps to tight in the Eve’s I can’t do the job out weekend guy who’s smaller needs to do it’ 5 minutes on site!!!! Another engineer came a week or so later at £600 charge plus 2 days holiday lost .. Months later I find so paperwork that the system has monitoring equipment. Call rayotech they inform me I have 2 systems and need another call out to fix the monitoring system and check the panels. Engineers turns up 5 minutes informs me a cable between the two battery’s is unplugged and the monitoring system cannot be set up by him and I need to contact Solax the system manufacturer. Another days holiday and a £240 call out.

I’m sorry that you feel this way regarding the service given to you by Rayotec.
Unfortunately, for your initial callout, the first engineer was unable to do the works as the working space was very tight. We obviously didn’t charge you for this visit and apologised for the inconvenience. Thankfully the second engineer, who visited on Saturday (which we hope would not disrupt your work commitments), was able to complete all the works successfully and fitted a filling point in an accessible location to make future servicing much easier.

We assume you were happy with our works as a few months later you contacted us again regarding a separate solar PV system. We emailed you our callout rate which you accepted. Our engineer electrically tested your system and found that it was working well. However he did find that the data cable for the monitoring was disconnected. After reconnecting the cable he still couldn’t login as your system was still registered to the previous owner. He told you to contact the manufacturer to get this changed. I understand that the manufacturers have not replied to you but that is not Rayotec’s fault.

You have written that we could have told you this over the phone but it was only by thoroughly examining your system did our engineer find out that the data cable was disconnected.

In light of your complaint, we have given additional training to our bookings team to better explain the potential difficulties of getting monitoring systems back up and running to clients.

Underfloor heating in Town house

We have just installed underfloor heating with Raytec and have found the company to be competitive in costs, but more importantly the team, Faris and James were suberb in coming to evaluate the premises, explaining how the system would work in both the carpeted floor as well as LVT flooring. We found them both very helpful, patient and accomodating us. We would be very happy to reccomend this company.

A Company that is using Covid as a…

A Company that is using Covid as a excuse for failing to show - so many companies now using covid as a excuse for poor customer care - We was due an appointment and changed hopsital dates twice first time they failed to fix the issue so they made an appointment to come back and now at short notice had appointment cancelled mid morning then the company want to add us to the end of there bookings instead of shifting others - the enginner told us he had upset stomach and the company was unware and then starting saying they have sent him for a covid test.

We are sorry that you felt that Covid 19 was used as an excuse for not attending your property however at the time the issue happened the government still had strict isolation rules in place and because of this our engineer had to stay isolated.

We can assure you that Covid was never used as an excuse to not do the work because we didnt want to as it was also very inconvienent for us to have one of our engineers out of commission while waiting to recover from the virus.

Thankfully now the restrictions have been lifted so this would no longer be an issue however we will still strive to ensure the safety of our engineers and our customers with utmost importance.

Brilliant Product and Company

Brilliant from start to finish. The guys at Rayotec were knowledgeable, helpful and I so pleased we choose them. They were really understanding when we threw the instructions out and sent new ones no problem at all. The instructions were clear and the electric underfloor heating easy to lay and use. We had an electrician do the electric work but laid the mats ourself. It has transformed what was a cold,room. The price was good and the reviews of the product lived up to their 5 stars. All round a great company to deal with and quality product.
