If you are having issues with your solar system one of our expert engineers can come and assess system, identify the problem and resolve any issue quickly and efficiently to ensure that your system is back to full working order as quickly as possible. All of our call outs include up to 1 hour of labour and we can resolve many problems within this period.
For any Underfloor heating needs, we can provide Warm Water and Electric underfloor heating products to all over the UK.

Thank you for your review Anon, i'm sorry that you had a less than perfect experience with your thermostat. We do not generally do follow up calls after the systems have been sold as we sell thousands of systems per year and it would not be practical to do this.
Your system was installed a year ago so it feels a little strange that you have left it this long to leave a negative review when the system has been in place for such a long time.
I can see from our system that the thermostat that you purchased was the Heatmiser Neostat E V2 which is regarded by most people as one of the easiest to use thermostats on the market as Heatmiser are market leaders in Underfloor Heating thermostats.
If you require any technical assistance you are always welcome to call us as are all of our customers, we will always be happy to help you over the phone.

Amazing service
Amazing service! I made a mistake by ordering a mat that was too big. All my fault but had to get the project completed asap. I was confident enough to order a new mat that Sunday evening to have a new one delivered on the Tuesday morning. Couldn't asked for better service!

I have bought this product before no issue this time I went to install the thermostats and the screws for the wall box do not fit, they are the incorrect thread, this is a standard thread in the UK, how can you get this wrong?

Thank you for your review, sorry you have had a bad experience with the thermostat this time around. It is unusual for the screws not to fit as we have sold thousands of these units and not had an issue before. a lot of the time the back boxes themselves will come with the correct screws for their fittings so hopefully you have been provided with the correct ones in order to get this resolved.
