Exceptional customer service and beautiful flowers!
I called Ray’s Florist one afternoon recently with a very urgent request for some special anniversary flowers for a neighbour which I wanted to be delivered that same day and, as always, the customer service was excellent as they went above and beyond to ensure the flowers were delivered for me that afternoon! I can’t thank them enough! Aside from great customer communication, they always supply such beautiful flowers. They’ve never let me down and I would never hesitate to recommend them!! :-)

Lovely Flowers but ordering process could be improved
Flowers very nicely arranged and much appreciated by recipient.
My only complaint is that the website states ‘same day delivery’ with no mention of a cut-off time, so when I rang with my order at 2pm, I was told (quite rudely) that delivery would be the next day, with no guaranteed delivery time (I requested an early delivery)… It turned out that the delivery WAS early, so my ordering experience could have been more pleasant had I just been told that every effort would be made to deliver early!

Great flowers, friendly team
Ray's Florist provided the spray for mum's funeral. The team were great in helping us decide what we wanted and were definitely focused on helping us make the right choice, rather than trying to get more money out of us.

I wanted a casket spray of flowers and found Ray's florist on a search of the local area. When I got there they were very polite and courteous. I wanted a specific colour and flower arrangement. They were very helpful and talked me through the options. On the day of the funeral they delivered them to the funeral home with plenty of time to spare, the flowers were so beautiful and smelt wonderful. The arrangement was more than I expected and brought a little Ray of light to a sad occasion. Thank you so much and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone else.
