The worst ever e-bikes…

The worst ever e-bikes which almost immediately fail. Customer service is appalling, I was ignored for months and they twice didn’t honour the warranty - not paying the dealer firstly and then not communicating with me on the second fail. They disregarded the warranty again and left the dealer to pay it. I’m a Rayvolt owners Facebook group member and almost everyone is violently aggressive to Rayvolt. They are a disgusting company with appalling build quality. The hatred towards this company is justified and we’ve all been let down and abandoned with dysfunctional bikes that simply don’t work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Do your research and see the fury and hatred this business generates towards it
