Big on promises, no execution
Big on promises, poor unprofessional execution. Office and staff appear modern and professional. They are astute when signing you up, but that is where it stops.
High staff turnover, no attention to detail. No accountability. Principal of Bundaberg office took an comedic, elitist and patronising and position to my distress and dissatisfaction with thier service and broken promises. Offered me a bottle of Bundaberg rum to make it up to me.They did not manage my incoming tenancy paperwork diligently which resulted in rental property damage circa $10k and no ability to hold tenant accountable. Tenant walked away, I was left with the aftermath. Assured me they performed better than the eversge agency I had been with prior, would right the wrongs and look after me with professional care, attention and service. It was all lip service.
He dared me to contact head office where he said they will dismiss my concerns.
Don’t recommend or trust. All that glitters is not gold.
