When my Skoda was hit by an inattentive driver, I contacted my insurance company and sorted out the details. About twenty minutes later R.B Bruce called having been assigned by my insurers. I took the car in and they started the procedure right away.
Throughout, they kept me informed of progress, when parts were to arrive and expected date of completion. In fact they were able to deliver the car to my door four days earlier than expected. It arrived looking like I had bought it yesterday.

R b bruce coachworks. Are lazy and incompetent, and liers. Our car got taken here after an accident alotnof work needed doing including re wiring. We even had to tell them what parts of the car needed fixed as they were going to send the car back to us with a smashed ad blue tank. Since weve collected the car weve had nothing but issues. Im not left out of pocket big time because r b bruce coachworks cannot be bothered to fix the car properly so im having to pay thousands to get the job done. Im also now in a battle with my insurance company also. As they lied to them to. 1000% dont ever go here. Unless you want your car to be totalled even more.
