New Boiler Installation
We had a quote from Matthew at RBHM to replace our old Glow-Worm boiler that was 30+ years old, with a new Worcester Bosch Greenstar 15Ri. The quote was at a competitive price considering it included over £300 for our old boiler and an additional £85 February discount.
Installation was booked in for 2 days after the quote was agreed and a 50% deposit was paid. Malcom arrived promptly and on-time. He was very chatty and really nice (knew his stuff).
Malcolm did struggle a little bit during the installation, this was due to the age of the house and the structural rigidity of the wall where the boiler was going, but he found a work around. Luke joined him part way through the day to assist.
The installation wasn't 100% complete on the first day due to the complications that arose with the installation. However, substituent visit was quickly booked in for the following week to complete the installation.
Luke arrived for the second visit, arrived promptly and on-time. The existing controller was re-wired to work correctly with the boiler and the remaining piping was finished.
The only complaints I have were the following:
- Final payment was taken before the installation was fully completed. Payment was taken at boiler commission.
- Luke finished the job without re-securing the controller (it was lose on the wall and fell off when touched). And the bottom "shield" hadn't been fitted to the boiler.
Matthew from the office did offer a return visit to sort these issues out, though they were minor issues and managed to sort them myself (subsequent visit wasn't needed).
Overall happy with the service provided and the team that came out.
Also, thank you to Colin who also came out to asses the house for a potential combi boiler installation, however we decided against this due to our budget.

Appointment for the Engineer to visit was very quick. The situation needed some thermostats to be ordered.
Malcolm, the Engineer, was a lovely chap and got the job done efficiently.
We chatted along the way and he was extremely polite.

If you had any integrity whatsoever you would have called me after my note to you and apologised directly. Good bye and good riddance.

Recently we called RBHM Ltd. out for our boiler to be checked as it was giving out a fault code. Upon ringing them up, they mentioned the minimum call out fee was £150 - which although pricey, wasn't an issue since we needed the boiler to be looked at urgently. When the engineer arrived it took him all of 5 minutes to detect that it was actually the Gas Meter which had packed up outside the property and therefore no work was carried out on the boiler at all by RBHM. Still, the engineer said that an invoice would be sent out to us, which we were happy to pay since we had agreed to this. A month went by..no invoice. No phonecalls. Suddenly today (10/11) we received a threatening email with the invoice attached as well as a separate letter stating we were to be handed over! (Bearing in mind this was the first time we had seen the invoice!) We replied to RBHM's email stating we didn't appreciate such a threatening note from them, that we had not seen any invoice at all from them - printed nor via email. To which we received a reply claiming that "several attempts were made to contact us" - which were false. This seemed extremely unfair being told we were late in our payment of their invoice, when in reality - they hadn't actually sent one out. They clearly don't care about their customers. We will not be using them again and we would not recommend them to anyone.

Great central heating installation
RBHM Ltd did a great job of installing a full central heating system into our new home. Although it was a very large job, the work was completed in a week. Henry, George and Luke were very experienced, polite, hard working young men and left our home very tidy at the end of the job. This is the second time using this company and I wouldn't hesitate to us them again in the future.
All round excellent
From arranging a site visit to installation RBHM were efficient polite and knowledgeable! I was dreading changing the boiler but it was so easy - fitted and system checked in less than a day with no mess. Easy and quick communication- utterly delighted with all services and highly recommend.
A breath of fresh air!
It’s honestly a breath of fresh air to deal with a company that actually understands and values excellent customer service. Colin came to do our survey, and was both personable and knowledgeable and didn’t try to ‘up sell’ us anything we didn’t need or want. Matt provided us with a quotation (which was incredibly competitive btw) and didn’t have any issues redoing the quote when we decided that we wanted to add in extra’s - nothing seemed too much trouble. He took the time to go through all their payment options and to explain all the options within their boiler care cover. All documents were sent over via email within 15 minutes of finishing our conversation and could be signed by docusign resulting in everything being quoted, agreed, paid for and an install date being arranged in less than an hour. It was just effortless. John and Luke installed our boiler and they were equally great. Again, nothing was too much trouble and they were both very personable, courteous, professional and efficient (and tidy). Again, effortless. Thanks to everyone at RBHM, we will be recommending you to everyone :)

I installed a Viessman boiler (VITODENS 050W) with this company in July 2020, recently (this december 2024) had an issue where manifacturer was being a bit adamant to support but they stepped in and resolved. I am really pleased now that situation got resolved, hot water and heating pumping up for a nice Christmas. Thanks

Right from the start, dealing with RBHM has been first class. Emails and queries were answered quickly. They were knowledgeable and well organised, with quoting and explanations hassle free and easy to understand.
Having had no hot water or heating for a week, John & Will came and rescued us from our freezing home! They were lovely to have in the house, friendly and efficient, they were even great to our annoying whippet Daryl! Thank you to RBHM, we are all toasty warm tonight and pleased that we made the right decision to go with you guys. :)

I had forgotten that great service like this still existed! Henry was amazing, new boiler installed quickly and so efficiently. I'm sure there were problems but they were resolved and I didn't know about them. George came and was equally efficient. They were a pleasure to have in the house. Everything was explained to me before Henry left and I really cannot praise them enough. I would certainly recommend the company.

Massive long review on google. Couldn’t copy paste. Brilliant company. Please don’t hesitate to use them. Henry , George and Phil, big shout out! Just superb. No moaning about the pipes being in wrong place or that something couldn’t be done. I happen to live in a house that an unqualified Jack built! Henry just cracked on. George brought his boards to stand on my ridiculous conservatory roof. Phil solved a massive issue over the phone. From start to finish a completely professional company- not many of those left! I just wish they did all household tasks- that’d solve all my problems. Just a great experience. Don’t bother with ‘the big boys’- no where near as trustworthy in my opinion. Honestly, the best experience ever by qualified professional team.

Great service from RBHM and Shane who replaced some pipes and added chemical cleaner to improve the flow of our 30 year old central heating system. He called back a week later to flush the system and change 4 very old thermostatic radiator valves.
Shane was very efficient and did an excellent job.

This was the first service since our new boiler was fitted. Excellent customer service. Our engineer arrived on time and was very pleasant and extremely thorough. Very impressed.

Boiler service
RBHM installed my boiler five years ago and I continue to use them to have it serviced. The engineer always telephones just before he arrives. Everything is clean and tidy when he leaves. I've not had any problems with RBHM and highly recommend them. Thankyou for looking after my boiler.
