Recommended by my local garage and with good reason. Prompt attention and Ryan's persistence paid off sorting out our broken ignition. Replacements no longer available due to edge of car but he saved our bacon and for a very fair price for the skill and effort involved. Many thanks for a top notch service

Old school or what , lost my key , messaged RBs on a Sunday , they responded within 5 mins and got me booked in for the following with no hassle. Then found key in the garden so I messaged the team to cancel my appointment and offer a cancellation fee to which I got a great response . They were happy I found my key , and said they required no cancellation free which I had freely offered . What team and what a great first contact , will be using them again in the future .

Had an issue with a Jaguar key late evening. Sent a message and they spent time talking me through the issue.. All sorted now.. highly recommend.

Excellent service, can't recommend RB Locks highly enough. I had a problem with my remote control key and thought I would need a new one. A very pleasant chap came to my house, checked it out for me, and found out it was just an issue with the connectors, saving me a heap of money, and he didn't even charge me a call-out fee!

Great service and new key works a treat fast friendly service

Excellent! Ryan came out on a Sunday and re-arranged his schedule to get me into my car when the key had snapped. Unfortunately the snapped key was already a pretty bad reproduction and was impossible to replicate from fully but he managed to make a workaround with some keys so I could start the car and open the door so I could carry on using it, then after providing the locks serial number he came back and made a perfect key which now works much better than the original. Top service all round!
