Absolute cowboy company.
Do not touch them with a bargepole, if you don't want a complete mess making of your home and to be ripped off. The response to my earlier review is total nonsense and this man is incapable of telling the truth, as the result of his "handywork" on my home testifies. I have taken out a CCJ against him due to the appalling state he left my house in after FOUR MONTHS of him and his so-called builders carrying out a simple re-rendering and painting job, which should have taken two weeks maximum.
Paint is now peeling on all the walls, render and paint slopped all over the windows, doors and driveway which is now on there permanently and bumpy, uneven surfaces on EVERY wall. It looks worse than it did before they started. Proper builders have told me it is a complete cowboy job and the worst they have ever seen. Not surprisingly, I never did receive the guarantee which I had been promised at the outset and which was requested umpteen times. The more I asked for this, the more aggressive and unpleasant the response was which I received. Says everything.
I suspect most of the complimentary reviews on here are fake as if the job they ripped me off for on my home is anything to go by, there us no way on Earth that this company are a fraction as good as the reviews would suggest.
I don't know how you sleep at night, Michael, knowing what you have done but from what I have been told about you I shouldn't be surprised at your lack of care and complete failure to rectify your botched work.
You have said in a previous response that an offer was made to compensate me but was ignored. That is a lie. I rejected your "offer" (which you were fully aware of) because it came nowhere near to what would have been a reasonable amount to enable me to hire a professional builder to sort out your disgraceful work. Do not try to imply that any fault is mine when you and I both know the fault lies entirely with yourself. Shame on you.
By the way, I have had no choice but to state that this delightful experience took place a year ago, as the site won't allow me to put an earlier date. It was actually between March and July/August 2024, eventually culminating in the CCJ being served in January 2025.

I recently had Micheal and the team from RBB Refurbishments carry out a few plastering jobs in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The quality of the work is excellent — smooth finish, clean edges, and everything was done to a really high standard.
