An absolute disgrace!

Ordered a Rangemaster cooker on a two week delivery. Cancelled the order after six weeks of excuses and promises that “it will be here next week”. At one point was told it was at Rangemaster but that they had missed that day’s delivery – two weeks later still no cooker! Demanded to speak to the manager and was promised three times he’d call me back, once after he’d “personally chase up Rangemaster”. Received no calls and subsequently found out he’d been on holiday throughout that time.
Eventually got the same cooker for the same price from Buywise. It was delivered on the day and time they promised

Excellent Service

What a brilliant team, these guys guided me through the buying process step by step. Once I had ordered from them, it wasn't even a week before I was advised the cooker would be with me tomorrow and sure enough it was there the next day. Fitted a couple of hours later and now I am the proud owner of a brand new Rangemaster Range Cooker. Thanks guys :)
