This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with for car insurance. The cheap price is just a trap to get you in.
After I made the payment, a week later they asked for my no-claims bonus, which I provided straight away. Then another week passed and I received an email saying my policy was going to be cancelled.
I called them, and they told me it’s because my car had been used as a private taxi the year before, so they needed to modify my policy — no matter what job I’m doing now. The problem is, they never asked me anything about this when I first took out the insurance.
They said it would cost a bit more and I agreed. They even told me I would get a call the same day with the updated price, and reassured me that if I decided to cancel, it wouldn’t go on my record.
Today I called back and everything had changed. Now they’re saying no policy is available, that they’ll “check elsewhere,” and get back to me. On top of that, they’re blaming me and even claiming I didn’t speak to anyone the day before.
This company is not reliable at all — one day they say one thing, the next day something completely different. Don’t fall for the low price, they will find other ways to charge you or leave you without cover.

Its was very hard at first sopke to many people but when I sopke to Edmund Aldous he resolved it very quickly many thanks to him.
