I ordered some items, status 04/04-22 as shipped. Contacted them by mail 1-2 weeks after, because i didnt recieve My package. Asked for shipping information in multiple mails, No update. They dont know where the package is, even though i have in writing that it was tracked.
They didnt even send me the tracking information!
Today 26/04-22 still No answer from them, they just ignore me, which its disgraceful.
I cant login to file a complaint on their website, because i didnt choose "returning customer"
This is absolutely crazy, never tried to be ignored this way before.
If they contact me and help, or do a full refund i will delete this review and upgrade it to a 3 star "thanks for nothing review"
So far i ask you to stay away. Dont waste your money on non existent service.
Update: they refunded me an hour after this review. Pretty fast and very nice, even though i still need My parts. Gotta search for it elswhere,but thanks for sorting it out!

Hello Phillip, looking at my emails, you emailed me on the 20/4 asking about your order, I then replied on the same day informing you the date the order was shipped and to email me again on Monday (25th) if it hadnt arrived in Denmark, you emailed me today 26th informing me it had not arrived, I then replied to your email and refunded your order declaring it lost at 6pm, you then write this review at 8pm so I am rather perplexed at your "Ignoring me" comment and "refunded me an hour after this review"comment.

Very bad seller, do not recommend. Not answering emails, phone number on website is not working. They sent 1 email saying that our PO was shipped but since then full ignore. Sent already 10 emails asking for update or tracking number, nothing... be aware of this scammer
