Sure, the company offers some unique and valuable products; However, in my book, Eileen M. makes all the difference by her honesty, professionalism, kindness and effectiveness. She was able to close several loans for me in record time once appraisals came back. I felt she went above and beyond and valued my business.

Eileen Mazza was amazing to work with. She was very detailed, responsive and easy to work with. Because of her, I will definitely do business with RCN Capital again.

If the deal had not took so long, I would have given 5 stars. I will definitely be using again.

Over the past few months, I have worked with Dana at RCN Capital and my experience was pleasant. She is attentive and very responsive. I would recommend lenders and brokers to work with them.

This company has to be the WORST! It took 5, yes, FIVE months of sending EVERYTHING they requested over and over, hiring a lawyer to send them requested documents, bank statements for 7 months, paid $640.00 for appraisal...only to be told after 4 months in that the loan officer no longer works there. Oddly after assigned a new one, the old one was cc’d on the emails. I got a call that due to credit and the fact that I didn’t live in the town where the rehab would be done, they denied the loan. This was the biggest DISASTER you could EVER WASTE time on. I was told every other day that the loan would close in a few days. LIARS!!!

I would stay far away from this company. Last week, I signed up to do a cash out refinance loan. Everything was going great until I sent my file to underwriting. The CEO of the company reviewed my file and decided to cancel because of the location of the property? Prior to me submitting my file, I asked about this specific location (with emails to prove it) and received the green-light that the loan stipulations would remain the same. They decided to cancel at the last minute without giving me any explanation. You've been warned!

RCN capital has enhanced my Real Estate company 10x! Working with them is so easy. Within 2 days of being introduced to RCN I already had a pre approval letter and was able to make an offer on a property. The process is so transparent and smooth from the beginning. My representative, Eileen Mazza was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was nothing but communicative and helpful. Her positivity made the process even easier than it already was. I cannot wait to work with her again!

Great company, easy to work with.

I have actually performed 2 transactions (one rehab project and one long term rental) with RCN in the past 3 months. RCN has been one of my favorite private money lenders that I've worked with in my almost 4 years of experience in real estate. This would have been a 5-star rating if not for the Third-Party vendor that is used for appraisal purposes (Appraisal Nation). The worst part of the process, for both transactions, was Appraisal Nation slowing us down by about a week. Beyond that, I've enjoyed working with RCN - they are competitive within the industry and have great rates and incentives for repeat customers.

If i could, i would've give more stars.....because of Eileen Mezza...she was the best of all....!. She was able to make the process easier and friendly....very instructive...she was more than perfect and told me the docs required and process all one time...this led to quick loan approval and closing in less than 3 weeks....becauae of her outstanding service and assistance, I will definitely do business with RCN...

If you are looking for no communication, always on vacation, slow as can be responses or no responses, then you have come to the right lender. Having been in the real estate industry for years I have never seen anything like it. What a shame!

My loan is supposed to close next week. Regardless of whether that happens or not, I would like to thank Sean Griffin and Steve Gonzalez for working on this loan. It's a tough one, and Sean has stayed in contact and has helped keep this going forward. Thanks again

RCN Capital is one of the most dependable lenders in the private money space!! They are responsive and helpful to all my client needs. My AE, Eileen Mazza, is awesome!! She's always helping me understand guidelines that I need broken down to me so I know about it!!
