The staff is extremely helpful. A bit conservative with their lending, but that is good for their investors. The draw process is fairly straight forward. The east coast team is very responsive. Ms. Strange is outstanding, as are Devin and Jeff.

This was my first experience with a hard money lender her. I found RCN to be fairly responsive and mostly easy to deal with.

I was on a tight schedule and Matt Ferrigno was awesome in telling me what I needed to get me through quickly.

We've had two transactions with RCN. The rates seem fair and we enjoy working with this company, however we have had some delays in getting projects closed within the timeframes promised. Other than that the process has been fairly smooth and the communication is good throughout the entire process as well. Our only hope is that they could close transactions a little faster than what we've experienced. Hoping to work with them on future projects.

I have been working in the real estate field for more than 15 years dealing with top tier banks and financial institutions. But in the end, it makes the entire loan process go a lot smoother while you achieve your real estate goals. I can’t wait to send my next real estate deal to RCN.

My entire experience was challenging and their lack of who's on first made it hard to navigate. Everything from contracting to insurance policy coverage to getting real numbers to know what I needed to bring to closing was simple hard. The entire back and forth took over 2 months for something that should have taken weeks. There internal processes need MUCH improvement.

RCN worked well to close the deal. There were some hiccups along the way with my Title Company and RCN's closing office not communicating well, which put a damper on things, but we worked through it.

I would add that some of the documentation on activities that would take place after closing(e.g. Draw Requests) could have been provided up front during the closing process so that the more accurate planning could be done before final submittal of all planning.
