RCN can provide commercial loans in a very fast and easy way.
RCN is a lender that can provide commercial loans in a very short time using a very simple procedure. My experience with them has been just great. After applying for a loan I needed, they reviewed my information, then decided I qualified for the loan and gave it to me very fast and without any complication. That is something that anyone could appreciate when needing a loan seriously.

Just too many fingers in the pie and way too much paperwork.
We had a lot of paperwork during the process and closing was over two hours long and still didn't have enough documents completed. There is a lot of funding issues with who signs what when and it's very expensive.

Got it done
RCN Capital was a good provider, the only issue I really had was additional fees they added even before a year was up. It was part of their agreement, but really seemed excessive when a year hadn't even past yet.

They provide opportunity that does not exist in the conventional market
I am currently going through another opportunity and RCN is again my choice to do business with. They provide opportunity where conventional banks would not even give you a chance. Their terms are reasonable and their rates are fare. The terms are straight forward and when you actually do call or email, someone answers my inquires in a timely manner. I would not hesitate in recommending RCN to anyone in the market to invest.

Quick, easy, deal closed. Idt doesn't get any better.
Martha gets things done fast. This closing was a short sale. She approved the deal same day it was submitted but had to wait for bank to approve buyers end...Then we quickl closed...Buyerf happy , seller happy, lender happy, broker happy...That's how deals are supposed to be...Thank you Martha...

RCN is one of the few companies that I have come across that do what they say they will do, and they will go the extra mile to get it done. I am sure that everyone there is awesome, but I know for a fact that Matt Ferrrigno is AWESOME. It is very rare in this business that you feel like you can count on someone, and Matt has exceeded all expectations.

I will let you know when I get paid.
Kevin Mahder is a very good representitive. This was a small and drawn out deal. As it was a foreclosure and dealing with Ocwen was horrible. The deal closed Thursday
June 12th they are supposedly recording Wed the 18th and paying me after that. Time will tell how much chasing I will have to do get my fee.
