The website is conveniently down for appealing. I will take this all the way !

I went to pay a fine said it had no details of my vehicle. 3 times a tried the same reply. Now a debt recovery letter. Without any previous correspondence!

Avoid RCP car parks especially Sea Street in Newport where misdirection can easily lead to a fine. I suspect this cynical operation make more money from their encyclopaedic knowledge of the Parking Acts and their lightning fine system than ordinary parking charges

Parking fine when I have already paid and have proof
Paid for parking in Crawley. A few weeks later get a letter saying I didn't pay and must pay £60 fine...or I can appeal if I have evidence that I paid. Now I have to go through the nightmare of appealing when I have done nothing wrong. Complete waste of my time - I can't bill them for my time either!..they should be paying me for having to go through the appeal process.Very angry. Don't park in Boulevard West, Crawley

Accidentally overpaid at RCP car park at Wells Next to Sea (N.Norfolk). Contacted RCP and received refund in 7 days. Pleased with service considering all the negative reviews on internet.

Ripoff
Parking machine wasn't working and took me 10-15 mins to get a ticket from the next machine, which I did.
Came back within ticket time and let.
I received a parking ticket reminder, informing me of £100 fine and appeal time had lapsed.
When I email and showed my bank statement with payment was only told to appeal and that bank statement won't prove payment as it doesn't show which car or carpark.
Will never park with this company again and think again if you are considering doing so. Hadn't realised they have a bad reputation for not paying out.

Be cautious parking using any site owned/run by this company. Prone to error and trying to overcharge for parking which was legitimately paid for with proof of payment also sent.

Avoid car hire on Isle of Wight, avoid RCP car parks.
Best to use buses and taxis. In spite of being very careful to avoid the high level of parking restrictions on Isle of Wight in September 2022 (off peak), we were not surprised to receive a £95 fine via Enterprise.
The Little London car park Newport shows as RCP but is billed by carflow ltd, and is best avoided.
27 Sep 1446 - Paid once for PM after arriving.
27 Sep 1706 & 1708 - Then had to pay again after 1700 for the overnight.
28 Sep 0755 - Paid again before 0800 during breakfast.
Even the locals cannot work the payment machine and this smells like a trap to catch the unwary tourist.
Visitors are advised Not to use the little London car park at Sea Street Newport PO30 5BW where the payment system is not intuitive.
