This woman took my bridal dress order Aug 2017. At first it was "sweetie this" and "darling that". She seemed very nice. We made the mistake of paying the full sum up front. For several months, as I tried to follow up, I was placated with the need for more measurements (several times I had to send or re-send), excuses of illness (twice), factory delays, etc., until at the 8 month mark with no dress in hand and another request for new measurements, I told her I wanted a refund. Additionally, I saw the very same dress on a Chinese cheapy website for $200 which made me nervous that maybe the delay was because she actually orders them from China rather than making them in her own shop. I couldn't understand why I was seeing my custom dress photos on Dora Prom. Her nice demeanor turned nasty immediately, with no apologies for the ridiculous delay. She has accepted no accountability for such a runaround. Bottom line: it has been over a year. I have no dress, I have no refund. She insists it's on Visa's end. Visa assured us today that she has refused the refund.
