Service was 5 star and speed of deliver was 5 star. Product was well packaged… the only reason I gave four star was it had a different Mac OS than specified. Otherwise very good experience.

Incredible customer service
Incredible customer service.
Emailed Monday about issues with a recently purchased macbook pro. Kyle promptly paid for and sent me a postage label to send the macbook to them for repair.
Tuesday Kyle received the macbook, repaired it and sent it straight back to me before EOD whilst also keeping me updated on the process.
Wednesday macbook arrives completely fixed along with a new charger and cable.
Could not fault the customer service and would highly recommend anyone purchase from this company as they offer a great warranty serve and they certainly deliver on it.

Very helpful
All my previous seven Mac laptops have been purchased new. However, I needed an older machine to act as a backup for a machine running older software. While deciding which machine to go for I had a number of queries with which Kyle dealt very helpfully. He also fielded other queries once I'd bought a machine. I'm pleased so far with the quality of the Mac bought.

Excellent, highly professional team, quality kit.
I bought a refurbished iMac from them and they also upgraded another iMac of mine, and the service I received was absolutely outstanding. In particular, Kyle's willingness to give tech support around both of these iMacs has been totally amazing. I thoroughly recommend this company if you are considering buying a refurbished Mac from them. A team of true professionals, and none of the condescending 'techie' bullsh*t you can sometimes get in the computer business. Excellent service!

I ordered a Mac book pro after having a had a very good chat with the team and understanding which model was most suitable for me.
I can’t fault these guys. The machine was ready when they said (in fact earlier) and they rang me. Customer service and knowledge is first class. I would highly recommend if you want a refurbished machine that to be honest looks like new and works a treat.
