If I could give less i would. Most childish customer service I have ever experienced. None of the links work anymore, when I asked any questions - I got a page saying forbidden. I asked for a refund and got the same thing. This service is trash. Don’t buy it.

Real-Debrid worked fine for me for…
Real-Debrid worked fine for me for years, but obviously that's no longer the case now.
Due to their changed policies (which are far from clear) it has become basically impossible to download files from a long list of providers ... even so, Real-Debrid still pretends to support these downloads.
My subscription expires in 2 weeks and I don't see any reason to renew.

Great while it lasted, salty downfall?
Used them for about a year now, it was very happy with the service and prices. It’s a shame I racked up so many points that I now can’t use for much. But really, I get why they’re making the changes. But they knew what most of their traffic was, so given that fact, I don’t understand why they can’t think of an alternative solution, like moving servers elsewhere. But I get it. And I’m appreciative for the service I had.
That said, their salty responses to some of their longtime users is a little offputting and unprofessional. Like, don’t pretend you didn’t know why you were suddenly booming so much. You had to know. So to throw the people that brought you growth under the bus like that is questionable at best. If you can’t move service elsewhere, and are borderline attacking the users, then your future is uncertain, it seems. Best of luck, and thanks for the service you offered.

To those who criticize RD after recent events: you are very ungrateful users!!!! RD had provided an extremely reliable service for their users for years! For pennies!!!!! And now, when they have an issue that has nothing to do with RD performance and RD has no control over, you are complaining???? This is simply unbelievable. Regardless what will happen, I would never do that and the only thing I can say to RD: "Thank you very much for all you did and will do for your users. I have used RD for years now. No issues at all.
A certain app addon utilising the RD API saw a series of events unfold which involved a large user base turning their back on these guys, i must say rather stupidly declaring they wanted refunds and RD was now the devil.
I say 'dry your eyes and stop crying' RD is still around and will still be here regardless of all the nay sayers and fickle , disloyal pretend customers. providing a quality service as it always has.
All these clowns on Tik Tok showing the world how they 'get free things' are responsibe for this kind of thing happening and all the high profile dumbass YT streamers who just speculate before finding out facts.
What happened to RD is nothing short of or akin to trial by social media. What team/devs/business would not be frustrated at the thought of this happening? or even more so , the thought of losing their business due to the actions of a minority who couldnt wait it out and took to crying like little kids who most likely used moms card to pay anyway..
I highly recommend this service. And always will. People are quick to write off years of a good service, forgetting all the good and remembering the one negative thing . Thats on them , not RD .

"So you are the reason why we are in trouble for your piracy activities by not respecting our terms so yes you have been blocked and we will be more than happy to share your details to copyright owners.".
Yes, this is what their official stance is. GDPR is a thing by the way. I hope you get burried in lawsuits you hypocrites. Threatening to release user information? You knew damn well what people used your services for! Stop acting like children who got their toys taken away.
