I ordered a Christmas wreath for my table. It was delivered on 22nd December & it STILL looks absolutely beautiful, more than a fortnight later !
Upon arrival, the roses, herbs & foliage were so fresh & the scent absolutely amazing !

I was exceptionally disappointed with my wreath especially as it cost £156. I was expecting something extremely luxurious what I received was very poor quality and it didn’t have the dozen roses as promised. Once the roses had died, the wreath looked very miserable. So much so that I had to go out and buy another wreath. Suffice to say, I will never order again!

Great attention to detail and great service! A previous order had gone awry (attributed to the delivery company rather than Real Flowers), so we were to delighted to receive an apology and a prompt and generous replacement bouquet from Real Flowers without any quibble!

The Real Flower Company is the supplier of Davis Austin roses, so when I was doing wedding bouquets and arrangements for my son and daughter in law's wedding this autumn they recommended I get in touch. The staff were always friendly and helpful, (clearly used to dealing with amateurs without being patronising). They offered me the trade rate, which saved quite a lot on costs. I found them informative and clear both about dates of delivery, (affecting order dates), and care of the flowers when they arrived. On arrival the flowers were in good condition and carefully packed, they were with me in good time to unfurl before I had to arrange them, and it was clear that the quality/condition of the bloom and stem was excellent.
There was one issue which could have been a major irritation, which was that I'd ordered four dozen of my chosen variety of rose, coming from Kenya at that time of year, but about a few days before, I was informed that there would only be three dozen arriving and I would have to make a substitution for the last twelve. As it happened, I did that and it was fine, but it was a stomach churning moment that I could have done without! Wedding bouquets have specific numbers of the main flower and I had ordered having worked out fairly precisely what I would need. I was not told what the issue was - had there been some environmental factor affecting the flowers in situ or was there a mistake made when I placed my order, or were the company 'winging it' - I still don't know!
Apart from that, I was very happy and will probably use the company again.

My friend, to whom I had sent the flowers, was truly overwhelmed by how beautiful they were.

I absolutely love this bouquet of roses. The scent is beautiful and perfumes the whole room. The blooms lasted well, beyond 7 days. Great delivery service too. Overall the beauty of these flowers is well worth the cost.

The flowers for our son and daughter-in-law were lovely! However, the person who delivered them left them at the front door, visible to anyone passing in full sun. So I telephoned my son who went home as soon as they had finished their drink. I was disappointed with the delivery company.

I was sent a bunch of flowers as a birthday gift. They were absolutely beautiful and smelt divine but sadly on the second day started to die and curl up and a couple of heads dropped off. I emailed some pictures and very quickly a brand new bunch was arranged to be sent out as a replacement. Truly beautiful bouquet again and they were gorgeous to look at - sadly didn’t get your last the 5 days guaranteed they lasted around 4. But truly very beautiful….

Good experience ordering from the real flower company. I ordered a potted rose which was delivered in good health and on the designated day and time. The rose is now in flower, I’m super pleased with everything.

Hi Guys
My wife received her gift from me last Tuesday ( her birthday) and was extremely pleased with their fantastic smell and beauty. We had a party at home on Saturday and unfortunately the roses in particular had all fully bloomed and we’re shedding their petals, to the extent could not put out on display. We managed to salvage a spread without the majority of bloom. Had we expected them to last longer not sure for the money I paid thought should have your thoughts
