Nothing interesting, it`s not a football....

Disrespectful and ignorant towards my requests to play in the first team as center forward, not only this year, but in multiple years. I have always been the top player in the world since youth leagues and before. They are against top CHRISTIAN PLAYERS! Nothing more than wolves in sheep's clothing in the information place.

This kids are a shame for supporting Real Madrid and they mock other kids for supporting Barca and they say 15 champions league until it’s a big loss against aletico 7-3 and they just straight up saying 8-2 and 15 champions league and the team is straight up bullshit
Last time you lost against a team that only Argentina’s love for 2-1 and the only shit club has is var option just because they lost they will cure them selfs with 15 champions league and they are such a morans for supporting a team every 7 year old love and don’t forget about the crying over a bottled team from premier league and for it?

The match between real Madrid and Barcelona is rigged. Real Madrid should have gotten a penalty in the first half, mbappe ran with the ball and then Martinez or garcia tackeld mbappe inside the box but the referee called it offside. Next time we want a referee from london. Beacuse the referees from spain always support Barcelona. in the cola del Rey final when Barcelona scored the referee celebrated.

if you sign up as a member in order to get early access to tickets, it feels impossible to get out of the contract. i have sent multiple emails about it tellign them i do not want my membership to continue but the website STILL tells me that i am going to be billed €35 at renewal time and it doesnt matter what i do, it cant be changed.
they tell me my account will not renew but what they tell me and what the website says is completely different.
i've had to alert my bank to cancel the preauthorised payment that real madrid set up without telling me in the hope that when the request for payment comes through it wont be authorised.
so dissappointed that they just cant be reasonable with people.

Extremely disappointed with Real Madrid's customer service. I purchased a jersey over six weeks ago, and it still hasn't arrived. Despite contacting their support team multiple times, I’ve received no resolution or meaningful updates. Payment was taken, but no product delivered. Avoid ordering unless you're prepared for poor service and long delays.

If you're in a country without a free trade agreement with Vietnam, think twice before ordering from RealMadrid.com. I purchased a jersey, while the quality was decent, the price was already high. The website mentions that customs fees are the buyer's responsibility, but they failed to disclose a key detail: the product's origin.
Although the jersey was shipped from Spain, it was considered a product of Vietnam, resulting in almost 90 CAD in customs fees. This crucial information should have been clearly stated, as one would reasonably expect the product to originate from Spain. Transparency about the product's origin and potential customs costs would improve the shopping experience.

No order for a Christmas present still after almost a month I paid for express delivery 3:4 days

Shocking company to deal with never use

I placed an order in September and I never received it. On 10.1 it said it was out for delivery, then it was re-routed. I reached out to The Real Madrid and still to this day, no refund. The only response I received was that they were checking on the status of the delivery. It takes less than 5 minutes to put the tracking number in and see it was not delivered. I will NEVER order from them again!!!!!!

Update: I emailed again explaining that my tracking link never registered a shipment and an actual real person replied yesterday and said they'd forward it to a person in that department to address it.... more progress then a generic reply.
Luckily, my package arrived today and it's the right item so instead of being able to heave a positive review of how quickly I got it in the US (11 days from ordering) I will still suggest to avoid them because reaching a person if you do have a problem is impossible.

-They are terrible-do not order from them. I wish I had researched them ahead of time, but thinking they are this incredible wealthy club with huge fan base, I mistakenly thought they'd have their stuff squared away. Nope.
Placed an order and received tracking link days later. After a week, the tracking link still shows no activity. Emailed to inquire and still no reply other than "we will get back to you...". Called, but can't speak to a human-referred to send an email no matter which choice you make. Chat option is autobot only and no help.
I guess I'll wait another week or so and then file a complaint with my credit card to get my money back (yeah, RM has no issue charging you...).

I only wished I’d of read these reviews before I purchased.
I ordered two kits for my son’s birthday, they not only took several weeks to arrive, they arrived screwed up with no care or attention.
one of the shirts was faulty with a large pull at the hem. I immediately went on the chat function and was told to send pictures, which I did. I was sent an email to say this has been sent to customer services but absolutely nothing since. Their customer service is absolutely shocking for a brand that is meant to epitomise class and quality.
I’m now about to try and chase this with the help of my credit card company in the hope they can get somewhere.

I wanted to return 1 of 2 of my authentic Mbappe home Jersey. As both me and my wife ordered it without speaking together. The same day i ordered mine i tried to cancelling min but was not possible. Fair enough i thought my mistake, let me just pay shipping ans return once its back. But the return link is not working, and was told to contact support. Which i did on 3rd of august and several times after still havent heard any reply. Not my 14 days has expired for me to get my shipping money back and after 30 days i lose my right to return.

Im so disapoited as a premium realmadrid member/ fan. To have recieved such a bad customer service.

Bought a RM short & jersey for my 9 years old son, arrived 15 days later with a damage on the jersey. Immediately sent a claim with photos, kept being asked for photos, long delays between replis in spite of reminders! After 15 days told to fill up a form to send the jersey to be analyzed by an expert! Factoring their poor response time, I would guess that I would have received if they accept their responsibility by Xmas! No customer care, no attempt to solve their errors, their approach is to frustrate you till you give up! The richest club in the world is also the meanest! Just €€€€€. Shame on the Real Club

I ordered a jacket which was meant to be delivered in 5 to 20 days. After waiting for the package for 3 months as it seemed to be stuck in customs, the jacket appeared as delivered to a random person, so the package never arrived! It was stolen!
Customer services has been telling that I need to wait, as they are running an investigation which may last several months.
As a loyal Real Madrid fan, this is extremely disappointing.
